Lee Ann

Lee Ann has worked at DRiV for over 16 years.  “I worked in production at other companies prior to DRiV, but I like it here best.  I don’t feel like a number; it really feels like a family to me.”

As a Precision Technician, Lee Ann is responsible for technical end-of-line checks.  She takes her job seriously, knowing that her work makes a difference in the quality of products delivered to our customers.  “If we make it, I feel safe putting the part on my car.”  It’s a fast-paced work environment, but Lee Ann knows safety – hers and that of her coworkers - is most important.  “If I see something that isn’t right, management wants me to stop production and say so.”  Safety is a mindset at DRiV.

Lee Ann enjoys the atmosphere and camaraderie at our Glasgow, KY, manufacturing facility.  Cookouts to celebrate their accomplishments and charitable drives for local causes are common activities at the plant.  Two-way communication between operations management and production workers is a key attribute that helped secure DRiV a spot, for two consecutive years, on Forbes “America’s Best Large Employers” list.
